Q & A
Q: How long does it take to get proof of insurance once I charter?
We, as a state, cannot issue certificates nor does the national office. The insurance company only issues them. When received, we forward the certificates. It takes approximately 10 days for the insurance company to deliver certificates to the club leader.
Q: Where are clubs in our area to join?
The clubs that charter with us do so for insurance. Not all clubs need the insurance; therefore, we do not have a list of every club operating in California. Always check with the high school coach in your area to see if he/she is running a club or check with friends. Some clubs that charter with us have authorized us to include them in our club search database, which is also available through our regional association pages. If you don't find what you need using this online search feature you can e-mail or call us.

Q: Where do I get the renewal forms for officiating? I lost my official's book; what do I do?
All officials who were licensed last season should have already received their renewal forms from USWOA. PLEASE sign up now rather than wait for the peak of the season. You will get on their mailing list and get your annual stamp back much faster if you do so in December. If you LOST your book, write to the USWOA office requesting a new one. You need to include a $5.00 check to cover the cost of the new book. The states do not have books/stamps to issue. Information on how to contact USWOA is on our officials' page.
