California USA Wrestling will be conducting developmental clinics this year at our eighteen training sites throughout the state. Our goal is to expose more wrestlers throughout the state to the fundamentals of Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling.
We are including outlines that you can use at your wrestling clinics or during the season. The first two are outlines on par-terre defense and offense for both freestyle and Greco-Roman. The outlines are in Acrobat Reader format.
More information to come.
